Here are a few questions you may have...
What do you charge per hour?
Our fee is $20 per hour, or a fraction
thereof if we work less than an hour. For example, if you only want us to
make a phone call to Japan for you, which we then do, working, for example, a
total of 15 minutes, you pay only $5 (plus phone costs: approximately $1.70
for a 10 minute call).
Is there any sign-up fee, or the like?
No. You pay only for the time we
invest, and no more.
Is there any minimum time period I have to work with you?
No, not at all.
You can use our services when you need us, and no longer.
How should I pay you?
We use Paypal for payments, since it is both quick
and safe. Depending on the services you'll need, we'll let you know how much
to send in the beginning. This could be as little as $20, depending on what
you want us to do for you.
Assuming I send you payment for an estimated 5 hours work ($100), but you
need only 3 and a half hours to take care of the tasks. Do I get the rest of
my money back?
Should you not need our services any longer, we will send you back the rest
of your money (minus the Paypal fee for the transferral).
And if I have a positive credit balance *** with you, but don't require
your services until next year... will I have to pay again?
Of course not!
The amount that remains in your account will be used as payment for any
services we render you in the near, or more distant, future.
If I wish to sell
my products in countries other
than Japan, can
you help me there, as well?
We speak fluent Spanish and German, and can
therefore optimize your site for selling in those languages,
too. And
we will of course also help with any business dealings you may need to have in
Spanish or German.
